COUNSELING
Men receive counseling to address their specific needs. Counselors are specially trained to address addictions and trauma.
Weekly counseling meetings, case management and weekly evaluations keep men supported and moving forward.

LIFE SKILLS
Everyday responsibilities and basic life skills are addressed: cooking, cleaning, paying bills, managing a schedule, healthy lifestyle, nutrition, relationships, emotional and spiritual balance, and more. Based on individual needs, staff and mentors teach men to manage their new lives.

PARENTING
Men with children are supporting with parenting plans and taught how to be a vital part of their children's lives. Working alongside the mothers, men are taught the proper role and being responsible for their children.

MENTORING
Men are connected with mentors who invest in their lives on a daily basis. Each of us needs a friend with more experience to help us grow, provide accountability and encouragement.

These relationships become lifelong friendships.

FINANCES
Men are taught to open and maintain a bank account, create a budget, clear up past debts, pay monthly bills and save for the future. ​They will learn to make wise financial choices to stay within budget and save for the future

Ongoing evaluation of progress keeps men on track and growing in responsibility.​

JOB SUPPORT
Finding a job, maintaining a job and providing stability to provide for themselves (and children) can seem impossible. Men are supported to apply and search for jobs, how to create a resume, interview and prepare to present himself to prospective employers and learn the importance of being reliable, honest and hard working.

Restoration House is not a medical facility, so we are not able to serve men currently taking certain medications (contact us to discuss medications)
